Yerevan is in One More List for New Digital Nomad Destinations

In an article titled “10 Undervalued Up & Coming Digital Nomad Locations for 2017” by maqtoob.com, Yerevan, Armenia is one of the possible destinations for digital nomads.

Particularly, the article states the following, based on a real experience,

Most people wouldn’t be able to find Armenia on the map. The country, whether you’re in the capital city or in far out regions has never failed me. It has the best wifi connectivity of most cities I’ve traveled and worked at including Europe and the U.S. Working from a Café, restaurant or a public venue in Armenia’s capital city, Yerevan — there’s always 4G connectivity.

One of the cool sites that digital nomads can work from in Armenia’s capital city — if you crave for camaraderie with a group of local and expat entrepreneurs and digital nomads — is ImpactHUB Yerevan.

While teaching and working from Armenia I continue to work seamlessly with my U.S. clients without any interruptions as a result of connectivity issues. This has also been true working in Armenia’s second largest city, Gyumri (nearly 2 hours out of the capital city) or at the mountainous, resort town of Dilijan on the border with Georgia (while teaching workshops at the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies).

Along with Armenia, the list also includes Algarve Portugal, Belgrade, Serbia, Bucaramanga, Colombia, Curacão, an island north of Venezuela, Kuching, Malaysia, New Orleans, United States, Cebu, Phillipines, Yangon, Myanmar, and San Miguel De Allende, Mexico.
