The success of the 14th annual DigiTec technology exhibition – with over 120 participant companies and 80K visitors over its three days – just kick-started a new season of Armenian tech events.
Following DigiTec or the “Festival for Technological Armenians,” a new series of tech events are bound to take place in Yerevan in the Fall of 2018.
Let’s take a look at some of them.
International Math Conference
October 22-24, 2018
Organized by the Institute of Mathematics of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences and the Armenian Mathematical Union, the International Math Conference- Armenia is dedicated to the acclaimed mathematician Mkhitar Djrbashyan, the father of such well-known mathematical theories and works as “Integral Transforms and Representation of Functions in the Complex Domain” and “Harmonic Analysis and Boundary Value Problems in the Complex Domain”.
The three-day conference will host an international audience of mathematicians, experts in Complex Analysis, Approximation Theory, Differential Equations, Fourier Analysis, and Functional Calculus, to mention some. Throughout the conference, notable mathematicians from Armenia, Bulgaria, Canada, and Russia will present abstractions of the most recent studies in various areas of science.

JavaScript Conference Armenia 2018

Dubbed as the gathering place of all the JS ninjas in Armenia, the annual JS Conf Armenia (https://jsconf.am/ ) will bring together a large number of ICT companies and professionals at the American University of Armenia. The one-day-long conference will host keynotes, presentations, workshops, and competitions that will cover everything related to JavaScript – from case studies of JS applications to tech talks to skill-building sessions.

ChainPoint-18
November 14-15, Yerevan
ChainPoint 18, the International Blockchain Conference is coming to Armenia. Organized by “Nooor” Armenian Blockchain Association, it is a platform that brings together investors, promising startups, government bodies, mining companies, and entrepreneurs to discover new potential.
The event will span over two days and offer attendees first-hand expertise on blockchain development, as well as networking opportunities with leading experts in blockchain technologies.
