If You Don’t Try, You Can’t Fly: Girls in Tech Power Builder Bootcamp

On February 26 Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center in cooperation with Enterprise Incubator Foundation and USAID organized a one-day boot camp for girls involved and interested in technologies and entrepreneurship.

The theme of the camp was confidence and power building. It was led virtually by Hillary Weber, an entrepreneur, Berkeley-Haas MBA, seasoned business leader, leadership consultant, experienced executive and team coach.

In ISTC, on Sunday, for about 20 participants first learnt things like which aspects of their ego prevents them from feeling confident and taking new steps. Further, during workshops they tried to identify their vision and the obstacles they might meet on the way of transforming their ideas into business.

As Weber noted, everything starts with changing the vision and placing the reality into new shapes instead of perceiving the world according to the traditional patterns.

Hilary Weber has created this boot camp for Girls in Tech and organizes it for various countries of the world from the US to India and Taiwan.
